Return Policy
At Voltris, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@voltris.co with your order details (name, shipping address, contact, etc) and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received safely.
5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
8. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods. Additionally, personalized or customized items may not be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
9. Refund Exceptions: There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, such as items with obvious signs of use or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
10. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
